Reds close in on youth duo

LIVERPOOL are closing in on a deal to sign left-sided centre-back Mor Ndiaye, who played for Senegal at the recent FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar.

The 17-year-old is slated to go into Rob Page's Under-21 squad if the deal is completed with Amara Nallo expected to go on loan this month as a result.

The transfer has been arranged through Matt Newberry, who is Liverpool's head of global talent at Anfield.
