Choir event raises cash for ward 15

A Dumbarton choir hosted a coffee morning at the weekend - raising more that £1,200 for Ward 15 at the Vale of Leven Hospital.

All Sorts Choir hosted the event at St Augustine’s Church in the town’s High Street, welcoming more than 100 people for the afternoon tea fundraiser for the hospital ward which provides care for the elderly.

Attendees were treated to a buffet of food provided by Dumbarton Youth charity Tullochan on the day, as well as an array of homebaking from choir members and volunteers.
