LEICESTER Restaurant Week returns later this month - and it really is bigger than ever, with dinners able to take advantage of special offers for two whole weeks.

Designed to showcase the city’s culinary delights, the event is now in its fifth year. This year it runs from October 20 to November 2, with more than 60 restaurants taking part.
Youngsters can eat from £5 at Crafty, Dough What and The Gresham, while La Fontana is offering a free dessert with any children’s meal, making these venues a good choice for a half-term outing.
New to the city, Bill's, Casa Casa, Maki & Ramen and Hive & Honey are taking part in their first Leicester Restaurant Week.
