Fatawu and Ayew are both left out of the Ghana squad
Leicester Mercury
|November 12, 2025
ABDUL Fatawu and Jordan Ayew have been given a fortnight's break with neither included in the Ghana squad for the international break, writes Jordan Blackwell.
The Leicester City pair had been expected to be included, with the Ghana FA indicating last week that the core of the squad that sealed World Cup qualification would be called up for the friendlies with Japan and South Korea.
But a late announcement of the squad was made yesterday morning and neither Fatawu nor Ayew are involved.
