SHE HAD CRASHED INTO A CAR
A DRUNK Leicester woman crashed into a car outside a social club where a wedding reception was taking place.
Guests took the keys away from Charlotte Leitch to stop her leaving the scene.
The incident happened outside Enderby and District Social Club, in Coleridge Drive, on the evening of Saturday, August 2.
The club had been hosting a wedding reception when Leitch crashed into another vehicle outside the building.
A number of people went out and stopped Leitch from driving on, taking her car keys before police arrived.
A breath test registered that she was three-and-a-half times the drink-driving limit, giving a reading of 124 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath - the legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
