ESTATE APPROVED AFTER APPEAL
DETAILS of an estate of 475 homes have been revealed.
The scheme, for land off the A47 Normandy Way and east of Stoke Road, in Hinckley, was awarded planning permission by a government inspector on appeal last year.
The latest application submitted to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council by Countryside Properties lays out the details of the estate, including the size of the homes, but does not provide any information about a potential primary school, for which land has been set aside.
