Daka off to Afcon after City's next three games

LEICESTER City likely have just three games left with Patson Daka leading their line before the striker heads off to the Africa Cup of Nations.

Daka has established himself as Marti Cifuentes' number one forward in recent weeks, his energetic pressing earning him selection ahead of Jordan Ayew and Julian Carranza.

But the manager will have to consider the alternatives soon with Daka set to represent Zambia at Afcon later this month.

The striker has been included in his country's preliminary squad and is very likely to make the final cut. Zambia's first game at the tournament is against Mali on Monday, December 22.
