City bid to be curry capital for third time

LEICESTER has set out its stall to retain the “England Curry Capital” title for the third year in a row.
-
The city - home many and diverse Indian restaurants - has held the honour since being first crowned in July 2024.
The title came from the revival of the awards which were once known as UK Curry Capital Awards that ran for 15 years.
