Cifuentes has no concerns on PSR

After just a few weeks in the role, former Blackpool and Norwich midfielder Fox left City to become head of football operations at Plymouth in League One.

Cifuentes said: “I've explained already that when I had my first conversations with the club, the club were transparent on it.

City are now ramping up their recruitment drive to find a replacement, putting a call out for applicants.

The principal duties for the loans manager are to find suitable clubs for City’s best young talents, mentor and guide them while they’re out on loan, and then liaise with the manager and coaches over how they're getting on.

At the moment, City’s players out on loan are doing pretty well.
