'Threats' twist in market row
Leek Post and Times

Controversial sale is called off again
As a result of these threats many of those who had booked stalls for Sunday's event cancelled as they felt intimidated.
BULLY boy tactics and threats have been used on stall holders at a new mega market and car boot sale, it has been claimed.
The controversial market at Mount Road in Leek was called off for the second time last Sunday.
Colin Kempshead, organiser of this non event, says that Sunday's session was cancelled because a stall holder was threatened by a member of the public.
