Wesham enjoy successful day in Salwick inter-club series race

Wesham had another strong turnout of 78 members at the fifth round of the inter-club race series hosted by the club at Salwick, starting and finishing the 4.6-mile circuit in Lea Town.

It was neck and neck for Wesham in the race with Adam Wilding leading Joshua Smith until the final mike, with the pair coming in seventh and eighth in 23:25 and 23:31 with a strong opposition from the other clubs.
Tom Bamber was 14th and fourth Over-40 in 24:33 with Tom Crabtree on form to place 25th in 25:32.
