A shop has been banned from selling tobacco or vaping products for 12 months after showing 'blatant disregard' for the health and wellbeing of young people.
Workers at PR1 Euro Mini Market, in Church Street, Preston, were caught selling vape products to people under the age of 18 on several occasions.
The premises was operated until recently by a company known as Sweet Shop 136 Ltd and that business was convicted in January 2025 of six offences of selling vapes to under 18s during trading standards exercises carried out by Lancashire County Council.
