Rosemere works to reduce patient stress

Work has been completed on two treatment area improvements, both funded by charity Rosemere Cancer Foundation, which will benefit patients attending Rosemere Cancer Centre, Lancashire and South Cumbria's regional specialist cancer treatment and radiotherapy centre at the Royal Preston Hospital.

An additional two screens have been installed in the centre's Radiotherapy Department waiting rooms to keep patients updated on waiting times for each of the department's eight linacs - radiotherapy treatment machines - and its CT scanner.
