Preston manager Paul Heckingbottom slammed 'bang out of order' officiating in Tuesday's 1-0 defeat to Birmingham City.
The Lilywhites fell to their first league loss of the campaign at Deepdale, with Phil Neumann's goal on 33 minutes earning Blues all three points.
PNE struggled to create many clear-cut chances but were upset with the awarding of Birmingham's goal - and a handful of turned down penalty shouts.
PNE felt the finishing touch came via Neumann's arm, anad they were aggrieved by the awarding of the free-kick against Odel Offiah in the buildup.
