From high rise to flat whites – new community café

A new café is set to open its doors in Preston with the aim of becoming at the heart of community life.

Neighbourhood is the creation of couple Dave Crowther and Charlotte Buchanan who have entered the venture with their three young children in tow.

Dave had spent nine years building high-rise apartment blocks in Manchester when he made the decision to quit his job in March and follow a dream which had been brewing for some time.

The café, located at 462 Blackpool Road, has been designed with families and the local community in mind.
