The latest Premier League transfer rumours feature Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham

According to Caught Offside, Arsenal are "ready to battle" Manchester United for the signature of Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye.

We covered the first rumours of United's interest a couple of weeks ago, but now Arsenal are keen and aren't necessarily alone - Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are said to be "monitoring the situation" as well.
