Letter Of The Day

- Jonty Ellaby

'm in Afghanistan with a ShelterBox response team after a series of powerful earthquakes left more than 2,000 people dead and thousands more without anywhere to live.

People who survived the earthquakes are now facing the prospect of a harsh winter without a home.

Freezing temperatures and snow are just weeks away in some villages, and people urgently need emergency shelter.
