The launch of a much-anticipated direct railway link between Pakistan and Russia has been postponed indefinitely, Gulf News reported on Wednesday. The delay comes as tensions rise in the region, forcing the closure of the Iran-Pakistan border — a crucial transit point for the rail corridor.
