IUST, CBC J&K Announce Strategic Partnership to Strengthen Mission LIFE

SRINAGAR: In a major boost to public outreach on sustainability, science, and welfare programmes, the Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST), Awantipora, and the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh announced a strategic collaboration aimed at amplifying awareness on Mission LIFE, scientific innovation, and government welfare schemes.

The partnership was formalized during a meeting between IUST Vice Chancellor, Prof. Shakeel Ahmad Ramshoo, and CBC Director, Shri Ghulam Abbas, at the university campus. Both sides agreed that effective public communication, grounded in scientific knowledge, is essential for empowering communities and promoting sustainable behavioural change.
