The High Court of J&K and Ladakh on Monday dismissed a petition challenging Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (SARFAESI) proceedings, and imposed Rs one lakh costs on the petitioner for “repeatedly abusing” the legal process.
