PULWAMA: The Zamin Foundation, in collaboration with the Jammu & Kashmir Forest Department and the Government Degree College (GDC), Tral, today organized a significant awareness session on Conservation of Forests in J&K; The event aimed to educate and engage students on the critical importance of preserving the regions rich forest ecosystems.
The session was inaugurated by Dr. Rafiq Ahmed Wani, Head of the Department of Physics at GDC Tral, who welcomed the guest speakers, faculty members, and students. He emphasized the colleges commitment to environmental education and its role in fostering a generation of ecologically conscious citizens.
