Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday said foolproof security and improved facilities are in place for the upcoming Amarnath Yatra, which begins on July 3 and concludes on August 9 (Raksha Bandhan).
Sinha performed the traditional 'Pratham Puja' at the holy cave, marking the ceremonial start of the annual pilgrimage.
