"I've struggled with hydration since the perimenopause, about 13 years ago. I've always drunk a lot, but it always seemed normal to me and I've never had a massive problem maintaining my hydration levels. Now, I'm constantly thirsty, but I don't have diabetes. I've had blood tests, which have all come back clear, and I've been told there's nothing wrong with me.
