UNAI EMERY admits the summer transfer window was a “difficult moment” for Emi Martinez, but says he has been pleased with the goalkeeper’s response.

Many fans viewed that moment as Martinez making peace with the Villa Park crowd, after it emerged at the end of the summer window that the Argentine wanted a move to Manchester United.
