WIFE killer Richard Satchwell has landed a new job behind bars - baking up sweet treats for prison staff.

The 59-year-old, who was handed a life sentence last May for the murder of his wife Tina, "believes he's Gordon Ramsey” after being given the job in the officer's mess of Limerick Prison.

Satchwell, who murdered his wife in March 2017 at their home on Grattan Street in Youghal, Co Cork, specialises in baking cakes for staff, a source has claimed.

As well as his highly sought after job, Satchwell is also on an enhanced regime which means he gets extra phone calls and privileges.

This regime is given to inmates who are well-behaved.
