Time for Europe to stand up to Trump

White House is out to destroy EU

DONALD Trump is back in the White House a year this week and he seems hellbent on causing uproar and chaos.

Russia used to be America's No1 enemy but not any more - we Europeans are the bad guys now.

The Trump regime is out to destroy Europe in every way it can from expensive trade tariffs to stealing Greenland for its valuable minerals.

It wants Russia to win the war in Ukraine and is doing everything it can in a discreet way to make that happen.

He has no time for us, he doesn't respect us and his top priority is to break up the EU as we know it so it is no longer a power in the world.

Trump is more than happy for his friend Putin to take control of all of Europe in the years ahead and to rule us with an iron fist like he rules Russia. If Russia wins the war in Ukraine the next step will be Poland, Moldova and the Baltic states, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Putin sees all these countries as his because they were part of the old Soviet bloc.
