THE ugly face of Israeli ultra-nationalism is etched into the eyes of the starving, maimed and dying children of Gaza.

It's also all over the face of the country’s supremacist Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir.

This far-right hawk is trying to persuade Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, out of any ceasefire deal in Gaza.

His latest pleas come just days after Ben Gvir filmed himself storming into the cell of prominent Palestinian prisoner, Marwan Barghouti.
