A NEW study suggests the 'morning after pill' could be repurposed to help prevent breast cancer in pre-menopausal women who have a family history of the disease.

Manchester University researchers found that ulipristal acetate, which blocks the hormone progesterone, reduced breast density and cell changes linked to cancer risk.
