Still in dry spirits despite a Dank Holiday forecast

Weather won't get revellers down at all the big events

REVELLERS are not going to let warnings of a June Bank Holiday weekend washout dampen their spirits with thousands set to descend on big events across Ireland and beyond.

Music fans are in for a treat with the Forbidden Fruit festival taking place across the weekend in Kilmainham, Dublin, with some of the main acts featuring Jamie xx, Caribou, Peggy Gou and Underworld.

But revellers might want to bring their raincoats and brollies as the forecast is for a wild and wet weekend.
