Mcllroy preying for a Canada hat-trick

RORY MCILROY returns to action this week at the RBC Canadian Open at TPC Toronto, Osprey Valley.

McIlroy is a two-time former champion of the Canadian Open and is the 9/2 favourite in a field that features just two of the world's top 10 and eight of the world's top 30 golfers.

McIlroy successfully defended his title after a two-year Covid hiatus at St George's Golf Club in 2022 on a 19 under par total, two shots clear of Tony Finau. McIlroy had previously won the Canadian Open in 2019 at Hamilton Golf Club closing with a final round 61 to win by a whopping seven shots from Shane Lowry and Webb Simpson.
