Patrick, 69, named as 'hit & run' victim

POLICE have named the man who died after he was found seriously injured in a suspected hit-and-run.

The victim was 69-year-old Patrick Flanagan from the Derry area.
Mr Flanagan was found hurt in the Foreglen Road area of Co Derry at around 1.35am on Sunday
