Kennedy joins legendary mag's concert

DERMOT Kennedy and Noel and Mike Hogan of The Cranberries have been announced as the latest additions to Hot Press History In The Making: The Concert event at Dublin's 3Arena.

The newly confirmed acts join an already star-studded bill celebrating Irish music, with organisers promising a landmark night that will bring together artists from different generations and genres.

Hot Press editor Niall Stokes said the aim was to create a defining moment, explaining: “We wanted to make this an historic night for Irish music, and that’s exactly how it is shaping up with the calibre of artists coming together for this show.”

He added that the concert would be “a magnificent celebration of Irish music and Irish musicians" describing it as “a proper feast for anyone who loves Irish music.”
