Hennessy widow dog attack case is put back

THE case against the widow of Jason Hennessy, who is accused of setting an XL Bully Pitbull dog on gardai, has a further three month wait for directions from the DPP.

Veronica Maher, 54, is charged with deliberately letting a large restricted breed XL Bully Pit Bull dog from her front garden while members of An Garda Siochana were on beat patrol in the area on Friday, March 28.
