THE music has stopped for Ruud van Nistelrooy - and he has no idea where he stands.

The Leicester manager lost for the 18th time in 27 matches and it appears he will not be the man tasked with getting the Foxes out of the Championship.

But even though it seems Russell Martin has been lined up, no news is good news.

The former Manchester United striker said: "I have been focused on the process with the staff and the players and I can’t thank them enough. We stuck together in a very difficult season.

"I can't talk about next season because I still have to wait to have a conversation, if I have a future or not, before we can start planning.
