ROMA have set a date for Evan Ferguson's return to action - but it's not good news for Ireland manager Heimir Hallgrimsson.
Hallgrimsson will name his squad for this month's World Cup qualifiers against Portugal and Hungary on Thursday and will have to look elsewhere for the goals needed to book a March playoff.
Ferguson suffered an ankle sprain and damage to his ligaments within the first 20 seconds of last week's win against Parma.
