United striker fit and ready to face rivals after missing PSG tie

MANCHESTER UNITED boss Marc Skinner says Ella Toone is ready and raring to face Manchester City after injury robbed her of a starting spot in the midweek win over Paris Saint-Germain.

Skinner's side had the perfect warm-up for today's clash at the Etihad as they earned a statement 2-1 Champions League victory over the French side at Old Trafford on Wednesday.

That was despite star forward Toone having to make do with a place on the bench for much of the match due to a knock, just four days after United's first WSL defeat of the season against Aston Villa.
