In-form striker nets another goal as Leeds reboot survival hopes

- BY NEIL MCLEMAN

DOMINIC CALVERT-LEWIN kept up his red-hot winter scoring streak to ensure a happier return to the Gtech Stadium for Daniel Farke.

Jordan Henderson became Brentford's oldest-ever scorer with his first strike for the West London club.

But former England striker Calvert-Lewin maintained the Whites' recent momentum with his fourth goal in four consecutive matches by converting a late headed equaliser.

It also prevented a fifth straight loss on the road for the West Yorkshire side and added further hope to their survival bid.

Leeds still slipped down a place to 17th with Nottingham Forest's win, but three games undefeated - including a win over Chelsea and draw with Liverpool - sees them three points clear of the drop zone before hosting Crystal Palace next.

The performance and the result were more good news for Farke (above, with Wilfried Gnonto and Brenden Aaronson, right).
