Outdoor health and wellness event returns bigger and better in May

ARE YOU WELL UP FOR FEST?

EUROPE'S largest outdoor health and wellness festival will take place next month at Dublin's IMMA at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.

More than 50 new fitness, food and well-being experts will join already announced headliners such as DB DONAMATRIX, the Kardashians' longtime personal trainer, at WellFest on May 10 and 11.

Also speaking at the festival are bestselling author and inspirational speaker Katie Piper, hormone health coach Rebecca Holland, Para-lympic gold medallist Ellen Keane, and husband and wife wellness advocates Gerry and Miriam Hussey.

A brand new festival area dedicated to women's health has also been announced for WellFest.

Television presenter Piper will take the stage at WellTalk, in association with Image, to share her inspiring journey of resilience, empowerment and the transformative power of self-love and confidence.

This year's WellTalk programme aims to shine a light on powerful perspectives and insightful honest conversations that delve deeper into the human experience.

The weekend schedule also features Ella Mills, who is best known for her plant-based Deli-ciously Ella brand, Dr Sumi Dunne, Jennifer Rock, founder of The Skin Nerd, and Irish nutritionist Sophie Morris.
