Appeal over man missing in Portugal

THE family ofan Irishman missing in Portugal have issued an urgent appeal for help locating him.
Mark Kiely, from Donegal, was last seen around 2am on Saturday, in the Old Town area of Albufeira, near the beach tunnel.
He was wearing cream shorts and a light green polo shirt at the time he went missing,
