BY JEREMY CROSS DONALD TRUMP has promised to move matches at the 2026 World Cup from any cities he decides are "a little dangerous". Eleven US cities are scheduled to host games at next summer's tournament, co-hosted by Canada and Mexico. It's unclear if President Trump has the authority to make such changes, which would create a logistical nightmare. But he has a close relationship with FIFA president Gianni Infantino, and is chairman of the World Cup taskforce.
