Tributes to Irish dad in Thai tragedy

HEARTFELT tributes have been paid to a young dad who died after falling seriously ill while in Thailand.

Billy Ashford, 25, from Tipperary, was hospitalised last week and was on a ventilator in a Thai hospital.

Billy’s aunt, Keisha Hannon, yesterday announced his sad passing, She had set up a GoFundMe to help initially with Billy's medical expenses.
