SPENCER Matthews is fronting a new Channel 4 documentary examining whether he shows psychopathic traits.

The 37-year-old is taking part in the show, titled Spencer Matthews: Am I A Psychopath, after friends and family suggested he might display behaviours consistent with psychopathy.

His wife, Irish TV host Vogue Williams, 39, previously said she initially thought he was a “sociopath” when they first met while filming The Jump in 2017.
