A shocking new study has revealed babies as young as six months are being treated for skin conditions caused by wearing makeup, skincare and perfume.

Dr Jessica Halliley, founder of Your Beauty Doctor (yourbeautydoctor.co.uk) urges caution.
"Children's skin is delicate and still developing, especially in infants and toddlers. Introducing beauty products like bronzer, nail polish or perfume at such an early age increases the risk of irritation, allergic reactions, and long-term sensitisation.
"Beyond the physical risks, it also raises questions around body image messaging and the pressure to engage with cosmetic products too early."
