ST MIRREN manager Stephen Robinson admits he is baffled by Killian Phillips' omission from the Ireland squad.

The Lisburn man can't believe Jamaican defender Richard King is his only first team regular on senior international duty. Phillips, Keanu Baccus and Alex Gogic weren't picked this month.

Phillips, rated one of the best Premiership performers of the season, was omitted by Republic Of Ireland boss Heimir Hallgrimsson for the second month in a row.
