GUS POYET reckons some tough love is needed at his former club Tottenham, because it's “too easy” to be a Spurs player right now.
The Londoners are 14th in the Premier League, having won just seven of their first 21 games under former Brentford boss Thomas Frank (below).
According to Poyet, the jump to Spurs was perhaps bigger than the Dane anticipated.
“Obviously, with all respect to Brentford, it's not the same,” said Poyet. “It's not the same pressure, it's not the same stadium. You compare one to the other.
