FITNESS guru Joe Wicks has two missions for the New Year.

He wants to “get everyone moving” this January - but is desperate to kick his own bad habit too.

“My resolution is to be more present and spend less time on my phone,” he says. “Otherwise it's with you on the toilet, on the train, everywhere you go.”
