Trump claims Musk has 'lost mind' as row grows

WHITE House officials were last night said to be terrified about what Elon Musk will reveal next as his squabble of the century with Donald Trump turned even uglier.

Any hopes the world's most powerful man and the world's richest would make up were shattered after the US President responded to the Tesla tycoon's hint at a truce with full-blown personal attacks, even suggesting his former pal has gone crazy.

And there were growing fears Musk could name Prince Andrew as being in Jeffrey Epstein's files, after he claimed Trump is one of the powerful names on the dossier, saying that is the real reason he has never fully released it.

The President is now said to have severed ties with Musk, who bankrolled his return to the White House.

When asked about the billionaire's attack on him, Trump replied: "I'm not even thinking about Elon.

"The poor guy's got a problem. I won't be speaking to him for a while, I guess, but I wish him well." When asked if he would accept Musk's call, Trump replied: "You mean the man who has lost his mind?"
