Gardai arrest employee in stations' office
MAJOR Drugs seized on Monday
GARDAI have arrested an employee of the company behind Ireland's biggest independent radio stations - after officers made a major drugs seizure at its HQ.
The man was arrested when gardai seized more than €100,000 of suspected cannabis at the Dublin offices of Bauer Media Audio Ireland on Monday.
Marconi House in central Dublin, where the seizure was made, is home to several of Bauer's radio stations, including Newstalk and Today FM.
Some 5.5kg of suspected cannabis, worth more than €110,000, was seized.
