11 killed as SUV rams into revellers at street party
ELEVEN people were killed when a driver with mental health issues ploughed his car into revellers at a street party in Canada.
Children are feared to be among the victims of the attack in Vancouver and it is feared the death toll will rise.
Families had gathered in a southern suburb for the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party, celebrating Filipino culture. They were struck by a speeding black Audi SUV without warning as they stood drinking or queuing to buy food.
