DOMINIC CALVERT-LEWIN is set to spearhead Leeds United's strikeforce on their return to the Premier League.
The 28-year-old (above), who left Everton in June, is to undergo a medical at the club's Thorp Arch training ground after reaching an agreement to join last season's Championship winners.
Calvert-Lewin is poised to become Leeds' eighth signing of the summer.
